First Visit

What to expect

Pineview Aesthetic & Family Dentistry will leave a lasting impression from your very first visit. Your first appointment will consist of diagnosis of your condition to provide solutions most suited to you. It will also include consultation regarding the recommended treatment or plan of action. In most cases you will be treated on the same day. For dental concerns needing more complex course of action, another appointment or two may be required.

Bring these with you upon your first appointment

Your medical history will give our dentists background about your dental health. It will also make it easier for them to diagnose and come up with a treatment. Upon consulting with us, we recommend that you bring referral any slip you may have and provide us a list of medication you are taking, if there are any. If you have any medical insurance, kindly bring your documents filled out as much as possible. This helps us all save time and speed up your registration.

In some cases, dental x-rays are required to reach proper diagnosis. If you recently taken scans of your teeth and jaws, kindly bring them on your first visit. You may actually request your medical services provider to forward your x-rays to our office. We are fully equipped with the latest technology so can provide any x-rays you may need as well.

A guardian must accompany anyone who is below 18 years old. If you have any health conditions, like diabetes and high blood pressure, tell our doctors during your consultation. This allows them to come up with a proper plan of action. Informing our dentists about your medication will also help us greatly. This allows us to provide the best course of action without affecting your other treatment.
